Refund Policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In its original packaging(bag) you received it

Consumed not more than 50% of the content weight

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item.
Important: Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Refund
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
