Roasting with purpose
My name is Note Thisawat. As a coffee enthusiast and roaster from Thailand, my journey has been anything but ordinary. From the vibrant streets of Bangkok to the rolling hills of Wiltshire, my passion for coffee has guided me on a mission—not just to roast exceptional beans, but to bring a world-class, specialty coffee experience to my local community.
Specialty coffee is about more than just exceptional flavour; it’s about understanding its origins, honouring the craft, and sharing the passion that goes into every cup.
Through our roastery, we aim to offer more than just a caffeine fix—we want to create an experience where our customers can connect with the story behind their coffee. We’re proud to showcase the diverse and vibrant flavours that emerge from unique climates and growing regions.
At the heart of our mission is a deep respect for the people who grow our coffee. We are committed to promoting better living standards for coffee farming communities by sourcing responsibly and supporting sustainable practices that create lasting impact.

WE STAND FOR
We are a small-batch roastery made up of people who are truly passionate about coffee. Every batch we roast receives our full attention, ensuring quality and consistency in every cup. This website is a showcase of the coffees we roast the way we like to drink them—flavourful, honest, and full of character.
In addition to roasting, we offer training for all levels—whether you're learning to brew at home, perfecting your latte art, or pursuing professional barista skills. We also provide café consultancy for those looking to elevate their coffee business.
Our goal is simple: to offer great coffee at a fair and reasonable price, while sharing our love for the craft with others. Just as importantly, we’re committed to giving back to the coffee-growing communities who make all of this possible—by supporting ethical sourcing and contributing to initiatives that promote better livelihoods for farmers.

Sustainability
Sourcing beans through transparent, ethical supply chains to using environmentally conscious packaging, we aim to reduce our footprint while supporting long-term, positive change in the coffee industry. We work closely with producers who prioritise sustainable farming practices, and we continuously seek ways to minimise waste and energy use throughout our roasting process. For us, sustainability isn’t just a trend—it’s a responsibility.

Quality
Quality control is a key part of our roasting process. Every batch we produce is carefully monitored—from green bean selection to final cup tasting—to ensure consistency, balance, and exceptional flavour. We cup every roast to evaluate aroma, taste, and overall profile, making adjustments as needed to maintain our standards. Our small-batch approach allows us to pay close attention to detail, so every bag we deliver reflects the care and craftsmanship we put into our coffee.

Community
We believe in supporting our local community and helping it grow through coffee. Whether it's supplying our beans to independent cafés, offering barista training to those looking to build their skills, or simply sharing advice, we’re here to help. We want to give people the tools and confidence to make great coffee—whether at home or professionally. Our doors are always open, so if you drop by for a chat, we’ll do our best to support you, however we can. For us, coffee is about connection, and we’re proud to be part of a community that uplifts and inspires one another.
